Expedited Delivery
GRADUATE STUDENTS:
Your I-20 document will be sent via Federal Express along with your admission letter, department letter and other pre-arrival materials. The documents will be sent to the mailing address you indicated in the International Applicants section of the online university application. If you need to update the mailing address for your FSU admission package, please email IC-NewStudents@fsu.edu.
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS:
Once the Form I-20 or DS-2019 has been issued, the form(s) and other materials will be sent in a welcome packet through regular international airmail unless the student makes arrangements with the International Center for expedited delivery. International airmail varies for each country and can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery. The package cannot be tracked if lost. Due to the time necessary to obtain a student visa, expedited delivery is recommended.
If you would like expedited delivery of your welcome packet, please open an account with either FedEx (preferred) or DHL Worldwide Express Courier.
