This interactive workshop was designed to meet the diverse customer service needs here at FSU. The workshop provides valuable information on how to develop and improve intercultural communication skills. Participants engage in cross-cultural activities aimed at enhancing their skills to aid them in their understanding of various cultures. An international cuisine food tasting segment follows at the end of the workshop. |
